Help support afghans for Afghans While operating expenses are low, and mostly we accomplish our work through the generous support of volunteers and donated in-kind services, small expenses add up over time. We welcome your tax-deductible financial contributions.Your support helps sustain this project. The Agape Foundation is our fiscal sponsor. Checks made to the "Agape Foundation/afghans for Afghans" are tax-deductible. Or, for convenience, make a donation online through the Agape Foundation's secure donation page. Although we do not have our own tax-exempt status, the IRS allows our donors to make charitable contributions through our fiscal sponsor, the Agape Foundation. As such, their name, not ours, will appear on your bank or credit card statement. Send a gift-card contribution in honor of a friend On request, we are happy to send a personalized acknowledgement card for gift donations of $25 or more in honor of a friend or other designated recipient.
